Over at the registry they are currently thinking about the best way to free these graphics from their 8-bit prison :) You can see the full discussion here:
http://openwetware.org/wiki/
and here are some great articles about the subject worth reading:
Shetty, et al. Engineering BioBrick vectors from BioBrick parts. J Biol Eng. 2008; 2: 5.
C. A. Voigt. Genetic parts to program bacteria. Curr Opin Biotechnol, 17(5):548–57, Oct 2006.
In the meantime, while you're waiting for the final graphics, you can use the visualization kit I whipped up this weekend. It is not official by any means, (I'm working with the registry on the real kit and it will be much more logical and efficient and 2D) but if this 3D block kit helps you order things in your mind, feel free to use it in any way.

What you'll find inside the Zip Folder:
- Labeled Images (JPEG) of each BIO BRICK
- The source Illustrator File will all the Bricks, for easy building and access to alter everything!
- A photoshop file with all the JPEGs on its own layer with transparency.
- A readme file discussing everything.
What you'll need to start building: You don't need Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator. You just need a program that can put one image on top of each other. So POWERPOINT OR MICROSOFT WORD will work well (in word you need to select the image and make sure it sits on top of the page so you can move it around)
